PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH BRYSCHOLAR.COM. THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BRYWOODS DIGITAL SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE IMPORTANT PROVISIONS REGARDING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES.

I. INTRODUCTION

The website located at https://www.bryscholar.com (the “Site”), together with all associated websites, mobile applications, databases, software, communications, digital platforms, content, educational resources, scholarship listings, fellowship listings, internship opportunities, grant opportunities, competition listings, reward schemes, financial assistance schemes, notification services, profile management services, and all other products and services made available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”), are owned and operated by Brywoods Digital Services (OPC) Private Limited (“Bryscholar,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and any additional policies, guidelines, notices, or agreements that may be published on the Site from time to time, constitute the entire legally binding agreement between Bryscholar and any individual, institution, organization, governmental entity, educational institution, scholarship provider, sponsor, donor, university, company, or other legal entity accessing or using the Services (“User,” “you,” or “your”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using any portion of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, educational institution, corporation, government agency, non-profit organization, university, scholarship provider, or any other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In such event, references to “you” shall refer both to you individually and to the entity you represent.

Bryscholar reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to revise, amend, modify, replace, or update these Terms without prior notice unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any revisions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Site unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such revisions.

Nothing contained within the Services shall be construed as creating any partnership, agency, employment relationship, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or similar legal relationship between you and Bryscholar.

II. ELIGIBILITY

The Services are intended solely for lawful use by individuals and organizations capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are at least eighteen (18) years of age; or

(b) If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you are accessing and using the Services only with the knowledge, authorization, and continuing supervision of your parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be legally bound by these Terms on your behalf.

You further represent and warrant that:

  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • All information submitted by you is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
  • Your use of the Services complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.

Bryscholar reserves the absolute right, without liability, to refuse registration, suspend access, restrict functionality, or terminate any Account where Bryscholar reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.

The Services are intended for use by, including but not limited to:

  • Students
  • Scholars
  • Researchers
  • Faculty members
  • Parents and legal guardians
  • Educational institutions
  • Universities
  • Colleges
  • Scholarship providers
  • Government agencies
  • Foundations
  • Corporate sponsors
  • Non-profit organizations
  • Educational consultants
  • Employers
  • Other individuals or entities seeking educational funding opportunities.

Eligibility to use the Services does not imply eligibility for any scholarship, fellowship, internship, competition, grant, reward, financial assistance program, or any opportunity listed on the Site.

Each scholarship provider, funding organization, institution, sponsor, university, government agency, or third-party organization independently establishes its own eligibility criteria, application requirements, selection procedures, deadlines, and award decisions. Bryscholar exercises no control over such decisions unless expressly stated otherwise.

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

Bryscholar operates as an educational information and opportunity discovery platform designed to assist users in locating educational funding opportunities and related academic resources.

The Services may include, without limitation:

  • Scholarship listings;
  • Fellowship opportunities;
  • Internship opportunities;
  • Research grants;
  • Educational grants;
  • Financial assistance schemes;
  • Competitions;
  • Awards;
  • Rewards;
  • Student benefits;
  • Academic resources;
  • Educational news;
  • Personalized opportunity recommendations;
  • User profile management;
  • Email notification services;
  • Deadline reminders;
  • Search and filtering tools;
  • Educational guides;
  • Application resources;
  • Institution directories;
  • Sponsor directories;
  • AI-assisted recommendation tools;
  • Other educational services introduced from time to time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bryscholar is not the sponsor, administrator, funding agency, awarding institution, donor, scholarship committee, governmental authority, or decision-making body for any third-party opportunity listed through the Services.

Bryscholar primarily aggregates, organizes, indexes, categorizes, and publishes information obtained from publicly available sources, educational institutions, governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, private foundations, corporations, scholarship providers, research institutions, universities, and other third-party sources.

Accordingly, Bryscholar does not represent or warrant that:

  • any listing is complete;
  • any listing remains available;
  • any deadline remains unchanged;
  • any eligibility requirement is accurate;
  • any application process has not been modified;
  • any funding remains available;
  • any user qualifies for any opportunity;
  • any application will be reviewed;
  • any scholarship or award will be granted.

Users acknowledge that all scholarship, fellowship, internship, grant, reward, competition, and financial assistance opportunities remain subject solely to the terms, eligibility requirements, policies, and decisions of their respective providers.

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all information before relying upon or acting upon any listing available through the Services.

Bryscholar may modify, suspend, discontinue, remove, add, replace, or enhance any portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.

IV. ACCOUNTS

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, including but not limited to creating a Scholar Profile, saving opportunities, receiving personalized recommendations, subscribing to email notifications, submitting inquiries, participating in promotional activities, or accessing premium features (where available), you may be required to register for a user account (an “Account”).

When creating an Account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as requested through the registration process. You further agree to promptly update such information as necessary to ensure that it remains accurate, complete, and current throughout your use of the Services.

Bryscholar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Account for any lawful reason, including where the information provided appears to be false, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall obligate Bryscholar to approve any registration request or permit continued access to the Services.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, authentication methods, and any other security information associated with your Account.

You agree that you shall:

(a) maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;

(b) immediately notify Bryscholar of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to or use of your Account;

(c) take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Account;

(d) log out from your Account after each session when accessing the Services from a shared or public device; and

(e) remain solely responsible for all activities occurring under your Account, whether or not such activities were authorized by you.

Bryscholar shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, unauthorized transactions, or other consequences arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

4.3 One Account Per User

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Bryscholar, each individual may register and maintain only one (1) personal Account.

You shall not create or maintain multiple Accounts for the purpose of:

  • circumventing restrictions;
  • manipulating search results;
  • obtaining duplicate notifications;
  • evading suspension or termination;
  • engaging in fraudulent conduct;
  • interfering with operation of the Services; or
  • any other improper purpose.

Bryscholar reserves the right to merge, suspend, restrict, or permanently delete duplicate Accounts without prior notice.

4.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You represent and warrant that all information submitted through your Account is truthful, complete, accurate, and not misleading.

Without limitation, this includes information relating to:

  • your identity;
  • educational qualifications;
  • academic performance;
  • institution;
  • degree program;
  • graduation status;
  • country of residence;
  • citizenship;
  • nationality;
  • age;
  • date of birth;
  • gender (where voluntarily provided);
  • financial status;
  • employment information;
  • research experience;
  • contact information; and
  • any other eligibility-related information submitted by you.

Bryscholar may rely upon such information when providing personalized recommendations, email notifications, search results, or other Services.

You acknowledge that inaccurate information may result in inaccurate recommendations or notifications and may adversely affect your ability to identify opportunities

V. SCHOLAR PROFILE REGISTRATION

5.1 Scholar Profile

Bryscholar permits eligible users to create and maintain a personalized scholar profile (“Scholar Profile”) for the purpose of improving the relevance of educational opportunities presented through the Services.

A Scholar Profile may include, without limitation:

  • personal information;
  • educational history;
  • academic qualifications;
  • standardized examination scores;
  • research interests;
  • fields of study;
  • educational level;
  • professional experience;
  • publications;
  • awards;
  • extracurricular activities;
  • financial background;
  • demographic information voluntarily provided by you;
  • uploaded documents;
  • communication preferences; and
  • other information voluntarily submitted through the Services.

You acknowledge that completion of a Scholar Profile is voluntary unless otherwise required for a particular Service.

5.2 Personalized Recommendations

Bryscholar may utilize information contained within your Scholar Profile to:

(a) identify educational opportunities that may be relevant to you;

(b) provide search results;

(c) send email notifications;

(d) generate opportunity recommendations;

(e) improve platform functionality;

(f) perform statistical analysis;

(g) improve matching algorithms;

(h) develop new Services; and

(i) otherwise operate and improve the Services.

You acknowledge that recommendations generated through the Services are informational only and do not constitute eligibility determinations, admissions decisions, funding decisions, legal advice, educational advice, or guarantees of selection.

VI. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

6.1 Consent to Electronic Communications

By creating an Account, submitting information through the Services, subscribing to notifications, or otherwise providing your email address to Bryscholar, you expressly consent to receive electronic communications from Bryscholar.

Such communications may include, without limitation:

  • scholarship alerts;
  • fellowship notifications;
  • internship announcements;
  • grant opportunities;
  • competition announcements;
  • financial assistance opportunities;
  • educational newsletters;
  • deadline reminders;
  • profile completion reminders;
  • security notifications;
  • administrative notices;
  • legal notices;
  • promotional communications;
  • surveys;
  • product updates; and
  • other communications relating to the Services.

You agree that all electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

6.2 Email Delivery

Bryscholar does not guarantee uninterrupted or successful delivery of email notifications.

Delivery of emails may be affected by:

  • spam filters;
  • email provider restrictions;
  • network failures;
  • server outages;
  • incorrect email addresses;
  • user mailbox limitations;
  • technical failures;
  • third-party email service providers; or
  • circumstances beyond Bryscholar’s reasonable control.

Users remain solely responsible for independently monitoring scholarship deadlines and application requirements.

Failure to receive an email notification shall not create any liability on the part of Bryscholar.

6.3 CAN-SPAM Compliance

Bryscholar intends to comply with the United States CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable electronic communications laws.

Commercial communications distributed by Bryscholar will, where required by applicable law, include reasonable mechanisms allowing recipients to unsubscribe from future promotional communications.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bryscholar may continue sending transactional or administrative communications relating to your Account, legal obligations, security matters, or operation of the Services.

VII. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAID SERVICES

Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to the basic Services is provided without charge.

Bryscholar may, from time to time, offer optional paid products or services, including premium memberships, enhanced matching services, educational resources, featured listings, advertising services, consulting services, or other subscription-based offerings.

The purchase and use of any paid Service shall be subject to any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

Bryscholar reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new fees, discontinue paid services, or change available subscription plans at any time.

VIII. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Bryscholar may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, disable, or permanently terminate your Account if Bryscholar reasonably believes that:

(a) you have violated these Terms;

(b) you have violated applicable law;

(c) you have provided false or misleading information;

(d) your conduct creates legal, operational, or reputational risk for Bryscholar;

(e) your use interferes with the operation or security of the Services;

(f) your Account has been inactive for an extended period; or

(g) suspension or termination is otherwise necessary to protect Bryscholar, its users, partners, or the public.

Upon termination, Bryscholar may immediately revoke your access to the Services, delete or deactivate your Account, remove associated content, and discontinue future communications, except as required by applicable law.

Termination of an Account shall not affect any rights, obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, licenses, or indemnification provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.

IX. USER CONTENT

9.1 User Content Generally

For purposes of these Terms, “User Content” means any and all information, data, documents, files, text, photographs, images, graphics, audio, video, resumes, curriculum vitae, transcripts, certificates, essays, application materials, profile information, communications, comments, reviews, ratings, suggestions, feedback, or other content that you upload, submit, transmit, publish, display, store, or otherwise make available through the Services, whether publicly or privately.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights and licenses granted to Bryscholar under these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all User Content submitted through your Account, regardless of whether such User Content is publicly visible or accessible only to you.

Bryscholar does not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant Bryscholar the rights described in Section 10 below.

9.2 Your Representations and Warranties

By submitting any User Content, you represent and warrant that:

(a) you own or otherwise possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and legal authority to submit such User Content;

(b) your User Content does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, contractual obligation, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party;

(c) all information contained within your User Content is true, complete, current, and accurate to the best of your knowledge;

(d) your User Content does not contain malicious software, viruses, ransomware, spyware, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code;

(e) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations; and

(f) submission of your User Content does not violate any confidentiality obligation or legal duty owed to another person or entity.

You acknowledge that Bryscholar may rely upon your representations when providing the Services.

9.3 Responsibility for Uploaded Documents

You are solely responsible for any document uploaded through the Services, including but not limited to:

  • resumes or curriculum vitae;
  • academic transcripts;
  • certificates;
  • recommendation letters;
  • research publications;
  • writing samples;
  • identity documents;
  • financial documents;
  • photographs;
  • essays;
  • scholarship applications; and
  • any supporting materials.

Bryscholar has no obligation to verify the authenticity, legality, completeness, or accuracy of any uploaded document.

The submission of documents through the Services does not constitute verification, certification, authentication, or endorsement by Bryscholar.

9.4 Profile Accuracy

You agree to maintain your Scholar Profile in an accurate and up-to-date manner.

If any information contained within your profile changes, including your educational status, contact information, citizenship, residency, institution, academic program, or other eligibility-related information, you agree to promptly update your profile.

Bryscholar shall not be liable for missed notifications, inaccurate recommendations, or other consequences resulting from outdated or inaccurate profile information.

9.5 Monitoring of User Content

Bryscholar reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, review, screen, investigate, edit, refuse, restrict, remove, disable access to, or delete any User Content at any time and for any lawful reason, including where Bryscholar reasonably believes that such User Content:

  • violates these Terms;
  • violates applicable law;
  • infringes the rights of another person;
  • creates legal liability;
  • threatens the security or integrity of the Services; or
  • is otherwise objectionable in Bryscholar’s sole discretion.

Bryscholar’s failure to monitor or remove any User Content shall not be construed as approval or endorsement of such content.

9.6 Data Retention

Bryscholar may retain User Content for as long as reasonably necessary to:

(a) provide the Services;

(b) comply with applicable law;

(c) resolve disputes;

(d) enforce these Terms;

(e) protect Bryscholar’s legal rights;

(f) maintain backup copies; or

(g) satisfy legitimate business purposes.

Following termination of your Account, Bryscholar may delete User Content in accordance with its data retention practices, except where retention is required by applicable law.

X. LICENSE GRANTED TO BRYSCHOLAR

10.1 License to Operate the Services

By submitting User Content through the Services, you hereby grant Bryscholar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable (only in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or corporate reorganization), sublicensable, and revocable license, during the period your User Content is maintained by the Services, to:

(a) host;

(b) store;

(c) reproduce;

(d) process;

(e) transmit;

(f) display;

(g) format;

(h) index;

(i) organize;

(j) adapt;

(k) create technical copies;

(l) distribute internally; and

(m) otherwise use your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Services.

This license is granted solely for operational purposes and does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Bryscholar.

10.2 Personalized Recommendations and AI Processing

You acknowledge and agree that Bryscholar may utilize automated technologies, machine learning systems, artificial intelligence tools, recommendation engines, search algorithms, and similar technologies to:

  • identify potentially relevant educational opportunities;
  • rank search results;
  • personalize recommendations;
  • improve search functionality;
  • detect duplicate records;
  • improve platform performance;
  • identify fraudulent activity;
  • enhance user experience; and
  • otherwise improve the Services.

You acknowledge that automated recommendations are informational only and do not constitute legal advice, educational advice, admissions decisions, scholarship decisions, or guarantees of eligibility or selection.

10.3 Aggregated and Anonymized Data

You acknowledge and agree that Bryscholar may create aggregated, anonymized, statistical, and de-identified datasets derived from User Content and platform usage, provided that such datasets do not reasonably identify you personally.

Bryscholar may use such aggregated information for purposes including:

  • improving the Services;
  • conducting research;
  • generating analytics;
  • identifying educational trends;
  • measuring platform performance;
  • developing new products and services; and
  • preparing statistical reports.

Aggregated and anonymized data shall be owned exclusively by Bryscholar.

10.4 Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, recommendations, comments, or other feedback relating to the Services (“Feedback”), you grant Bryscholar a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, commercialize, and otherwise exploit such Feedback without compensation or attribution to you.

You acknowledge that Bryscholar is under no obligation to implement any Feedback.

XI. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

11.1 General Standard of Conduct

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon your compliance with these Terms and all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of Bryscholar, Scholarship Providers, other users, or any third party.

You shall not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, interfere with, or impair the operation, security, integrity, or availability of the Services.

11.2 Prohibited Activities

Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, you agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly:

(a) violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental requirement;

(b) submit false, misleading, inaccurate, deceptive, or fraudulent information;

(c) impersonate another individual or entity;

(d) create an Account using another person’s identity;

(e) create multiple Accounts to evade restrictions or gain unfair advantages;

(f) falsely represent your educational qualifications, citizenship, residency, financial circumstances, academic achievements, or eligibility for educational opportunities;

(g) submit forged, altered, fabricated, or misleading documents;

(h) misrepresent your relationship with any educational institution, employer, organization, or Scholarship Provider;

(i) attempt to obtain scholarships or benefits through fraudulent means;

(j) interfere with another user’s access to or use of the Services;

(k) use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, or fraudulent purpose; or

(l) encourage or assist another person to engage in conduct prohibited by these Terms.

11.3 Unauthorized Commercial Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Bryscholar, you shall not:

(a) reproduce, sell, license, lease, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services;

(b) use the Services to advertise or promote unrelated products or services;

(c) use Bryscholar’s trademarks, logos, branding, or trade dress without prior written permission;

(d) operate a competing scholarship aggregation or notification service using information obtained through the Services; or

(e) use the Services for lead generation, marketing, solicitation, or commercial prospecting.

11.4 Automated Access and Data Collection

Except as expressly authorized by Bryscholar in writing, you shall not:

(a) use robots, bots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, automated scripts, browser automation tools, artificial intelligence agents, or similar technologies to access the Services;

(b) harvest, extract, copy, scrape, mine, index, download, or collect data from the Services by automated means;

(c) circumvent technical measures designed to prevent automated access;

(d) use the Services for the purpose of training machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, or large language models without Bryscholar’s prior written authorization;

(e) overload or interfere with the Services through excessive automated requests; or

(f) attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.

Bryscholar reserves the right to block automated access at any time.

11.5 Security Violations

You agree not to:

(a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, servers, databases, networks, APIs, or user accounts;

(b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Bryscholar system;

(c) circumvent authentication or security mechanisms;

(d) introduce malicious software, viruses, ransomware, spyware, worms, Trojan horses, or harmful code;

(e) interfere with the operation or security of the Services;

(f) launch denial-of-service attacks or distributed denial-of-service attacks;

(g) intercept data transmissions without authorization;

(h) alter or manipulate the functionality of the Services; or

(i) attempt to decrypt encrypted information without authorization.

11.6 Intellectual Property Violations

You shall not upload, transmit, distribute, publish, or otherwise make available any content that:

(a) infringes copyrights;

(b) infringes trademarks;

(c) violates patents;

(d) misappropriates trade secrets;

(e) violates rights of publicity;

(f) violates privacy rights; or

(g) otherwise infringes the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

11.7 Prohibited User Content

You shall not submit User Content that:

(a) is unlawful;

(b) is fraudulent or intentionally misleading;

(c) contains defamatory statements;

(d) promotes violence or criminal conduct;

(e) contains obscene, sexually explicit, or pornographic material;

(f) promotes discrimination or hatred based upon race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics;

(g) exploits or endangers minors;

(h) invades another person’s privacy;

(i) contains malicious code;

(j) contains confidential information belonging to another person without authorization;

(k) violates export control laws or sanctions; or

(l) is otherwise objectionable in Bryscholar’s reasonable discretion.

11.8 Anti-Spam Policy

You shall not use the Services to:

(a) send unsolicited commercial email;

(b) distribute spam;

(c) transmit phishing communications;

(d) distribute chain letters;

(e) distribute malware through communications;

(f) engage in deceptive email practices; or

(g) otherwise violate the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act or similar applicable laws.

11.9 Fraud Prevention

Bryscholar reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, including but not limited to:

  • identity fraud;
  • scholarship fraud;
  • forged documentation;
  • payment fraud;
  • impersonation;
  • eligibility fraud;
  • account sharing;
  • automated abuse;
  • deceptive practices; and
  • any conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Services.

Bryscholar may cooperate with educational institutions, Scholarship Providers, financial institutions, payment processors, internet service providers, and law enforcement agencies in connection with such investigations.

11.10 Enforcement

Bryscholar reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

(a) investigate suspected violations of these Terms;

(b) remove or disable User Content;

(c) suspend or terminate Accounts;

(d) restrict access to the Services;

(e) preserve evidence;

(i) take any other action deemed reasonably necessary to protect Bryscholar, its users, Scholarship Providers, or the public.

Bryscholar’s failure to enforce any provision of this Section shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future.

11.11 Reporting Violations

Bryscholar will review reports in its reasonable discretion but does not guarantee that any specific action will be taken in response to a report.
